Scrumban Project Management

This is a fusion between Scrum and Kanban methodologies. It’s used by small teams, the projects are divided in short cycles called sprints with constant planning, execution and review, but it also gives a high importance to visual representation of the workflows state.

Scrumban is not as rigid as the Scrum methodology, with the same processes over and over. It allows flexibility, depending on the project needs. It uses the traditional Kanban board showing the tasks, but the workflows can always be improved.
